We, eShop, offer a 45-day satisfaction return policy on all items sent back with a eShop RMA# (returned merchandise authorization).

All returns are subject to inspection. returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (if any) and all accessories. We have no re-stocking fee for returned items that meet the conditions above. A re-stock fee (15% up to 50%) might incur for items sent back missing contents or original packaging. We also reserve the rights to send the item back if the above conditions not met.

If buyer purchases a wrong item or changes mind, return will still be allowed but buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and a possible 15% stocking fee charge. After 45 days from order, all warranties are handled by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for the return to us are generally handled by our customers.

An open item should normally be returned for exchange and our approval is required to return for refund (RMA#).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Items shipped out of the USA will void any warranty as warranties are valid in the USA only. We will not handle the warranty on behalf of out-of-country customers. Return shipping and re-shipping costs for international orders are paid by the customer for defective and replacement. Defective replacements are WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER, not when you receive the product. No refunds on international shipping charges.
